Kirk Lee | President
Back in the summer of 1997, Kirk and his family moved to Mesquite from Seattle to help run the sales and marketing team at Si Redd’s Oasis Resort. When the property sold in 2001, Kirk moved over to the golf course operations.
In 2007, Kirk took a hiatus from Mesquite and moved to Las Vegas. In July of 2015, he, with his fiancé, Petra, moved back to Mesquite to assume the leadership role at the golf club. “I knew someday that I would be back. This is my family’s business and I have a real responsibility. I also love this place!”
Kirk has a son, Dylan, who lives in Minneapolis and a daughter, Hanna, who lives just outside of Denver.
Michelle Arnett | Controller
Michelle moved to Mesquite for the mild winters, escaping the extreme cold and snowy winters of Gunnison, Colorado. After passing through Mesquite one time, she fell in love with the mountains and small-town atmosphere. Mesquite was the perfect choice because of its many golf courses, as well as its close proximity to entertainment and an international airport.
Michelle received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Western State Colorado University. She became a CPA in 1997 and has worked as an Accountant for over 30 years. Michelle’s husband is Jeff, an Air Force veteran. Their son Ben is an active-duty Naval officer and daughter Shawnda is an Army veteran pursuing a nursing career. Michelle has three grandchildren, which she hopes to visit often. When Michelle is not at work, she loves to play pickleball. Look for Jeff and Michelle on the course or riding their RZR in the desert. Be sure to wave and say hello!
Scott Polychronis | GCSAA | Director of Greens and Grounds
Scott Polychronis has spent 30 years in the golf industry, including municipal, resort and country club settings. He has successfully supervised three Senior PGA Tour events, four LPGA Tour events, and also four PGA Tour events.
Prior to coming to Oasis Golf Club, he has worked in Utah, Arizona, Oregon and Nevada. He oversaw the construction and grow-in at Langdon Farms Golf Club in Wilsonville, Oregon.
Scott was born in Park City Utah and graduated from the University of Utah in 1987. He has been married to Carrie since 1994 and has two stepsons, Corey and Kyle.
His simple philosophy is to provide the best possible playing conditions everyday — and have some fun along the way.

Troy Vitek I Head Golf Professional
Troy joined Oasis Golf Club in 2024, bringing decades of golf industry experience and a passion for delivering an exceptional member experience. A native of Nampa, Idaho, Troy began his golf career in 1984 while attending Boise State University, working in the golf shop at Purple Sage Golf Course in Caldwell, Idaho. He earned PGA Membership in 1990 and served on the Rocky Mountain Section PGA Board of Directors from 1994 to 2000.
Throughout his career, Troy has held leadership positions at five golf facilities, including respected clubs such as Jerome Country Club and Gooding Country Club in southern Idaho. His extensive background in golf operations, member services, and staff development has made him a valued leader within the industry. At Oasis Golf Club, Troy is dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for members and guests while fostering the growth and success of the golf operations team. Outside of the club, he and his wife, Nikki, enjoy the relaxed lifestyle and year-round recreation that Mesquite has to offer.

Lindsey Reilly I Beverage & Hospitality Manager
Lindsey grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, and brings more than 20 years of experience in customer service and retail sales to her role at The Oasis Golf Club.
In 2016, Lindsey and her husband relocated to Mesquite to enjoy its warm climate and relaxed lifestyle. After becoming regular golfers at Oasis Golf Club, Lindsey joined the team in 2017 as a beverage cart attendant. Through her dedication, creativity, and commitment to exceptional service, she has grown into her current leadership role.
Lindsey is passionate about enhancing the on-course experience by creating fun, seasonal drink specials while ensuring every member and guest receives outstanding hospitality. She especially enjoys building lasting relationships with Oasis members and getting to know them and their families.
An avid golfer herself, Lindsey enjoys spending time on the course, exploring the outdoors, and traveling with her husband. She takes pride in helping make every visit to Oasis Golf Club welcoming, memorable, and enjoyable.
